The terms of using LunaLink.

LunaLink is a Discord bot that helps players find and form parties across servers, relay messages between party members, discover servers and games, and access optional premium features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Your use of LunaLink is also subject to those terms.

When using LunaLink, you agree not to:

• Use the bot for any illegal purpose or to break Discord’s rules.
• Harass, threaten, spam, scam, or send harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content to other users, including through the DM relay.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot, the website, or its infrastructure.
• Exploit bugs, or attempt to gain premium features without paying for them.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We may remove listings, restrict features, or ban users who violate these terms, at our discretion.

You are responsible for the content you submit through LunaLink, including party listings and messages sent through the DM relay. Messages you send to the bot may be forwarded to other members of your party. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the content they share. Report bad actors using the bot’s reporting features.

LunaLink offers optional premium features. Payments and subscriptions are handled by Patreon and are subject to Patreon’s terms. Premium benefits are linked to your supporter status; if that status lapses or is revoked, the associated benefits may end. We do not process or store your payment details.

LunaLink is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaLink and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You may stop using LunaLink at any time by removing it from your servers. We may suspend or terminate your access to LunaLink at any time, including for violations of these terms, without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of LunaLink after a change means you accept the updated terms.
